Up to £76,500 per annum (dependent on experience) plus 10% bonus

About the Role
This role is responsible for the delivery and continuous improvement of features within Salesforce Sales Cloud and its associated integrations and services. You will ensure that current and future business requirements are met and that capabilities are implemented successfully to deliver measurable business value. As the business' go-to contact and subject matter expert on Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities, you will support and collaborate with in-country CRM communities and act as the primary liaison for B2B Salesforce Sales Cloud needs.

You will ensure a holistic approach to the Salesforce strategy through close alignment with IT and business units. Your responsibilities include capturing business requirements, managing the product backlog, defining user stories with clear acceptance criteria, prioritizing features and defects, and coordinating testing and user acceptance. You will also communicate release updates and demonstrate feature improvements in terms of business objectives and value.

Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience managing Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience working within an Agile/Scrum (SAFe) environment
- Knowledge of Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems
- Proven track record with UX/CX
- Demonstrable experience collaborating with Developers, Designers, and Testing teams on digital/IT solution roll-outs and implementations
- Deep understanding and experience in Salesforce.com; ADM201 certification preferred

Qualifications
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
