Are you passionate about creating a good environment for our students to learn in? We're looking for a dedicated School Caretaker to join our hard working team at Lift Winton. The role of the School Caretaker is to ensure that the school functions safely and effectively on a daily basis. This key role ensures that school facilities are available and fit for purpose at all times. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of young people.
About Our School
At Lift Winton, our students are diverse, exciting, and talented, as are our staff. We place huge emphasis on professional development, mostly delivered in-house, and are proud of the many good and outstanding teachers working here. Known for our 'can do' attitude, we encourage new and young staff to make their mark as soon as they are ready. Located in Andover, Hampshire, with easy access to Winchester, Salisbury, and surrounding villages, we were judged a 'Good academy' by Ofsted in January 2018. Under the leadership of our passionate Principal, Rebecca Clark, we aim to build on our strengths and develop into a truly outstanding place to learn and teach.
