About the Role
Education Development Trust is seeking a dedicated Careers Adviser to deliver high-quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) to students in a school and college setting in Hounslow/Brentford. You will support the Careers Lead in meeting the Gatsby Benchmarks, provide one-to-one and group guidance sessions, and maintain CEIAG Google Classrooms with up-to-date Labour Market Information (LMI). This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on young people’s career development and progression by helping them navigate education, employment, and training pathways effectively.

Experience
Experience working with young people, preferably in an educational setting.
About you
Strong knowledge of education, employment, and training pathways.
Ability to engage students with SEND and from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Qualifications
Level 6 Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) qualification is essential.
