About the Role
This is a great opportunity to join a growing team at Wandle Housing Association. We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-driven Security Analyst to help strengthen our cyber security capability and make a real impact across the organisation. You’ll be a trusted and reliable partner to stakeholders, bringing both security protection and practical problem solving to everything you do.
You will support the development and rollout of the security strategy through holistic risk management, board and executive involvement, user awareness, technology initiatives, risk profile management (posture, score), up to date policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, and patch management to ensure Wandle is safe and secure in its online space. Ultimately, your work will help comply with, achieve and maintain Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification.
You will also support robust and best practice Architecture and Information Security services to ensure that all technology and digital assets are safeguarded against cyber-attacks. Fixing detected vulnerabilities to maintain a high-security standard while staying up to date on information technology trends and security standards will be key responsibilities.
Experience
Incident management and response experience is essential. You should have experience monitoring and maintaining a secure score of 80% or more for Azure, Identity, Apps, Data and Devices. Experience with vulnerability scanning and patch management is required. Knowledge and/or experience of industry standards and certification such as ISO27001 or Cyber Essentials Plus is highly desirable. Experience working with business partners to deliver Security Operations Centre (SOC) services is expected.

Qualifications
You must hold industry-recognized certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or similar. Please note that Wandle Housing Association is unable to sponsor visas, so you must already have and be able to provide proof of your Right to Work in the United Kingdom.
