About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking Security Cleared (or able to become Security Cleared) Project Managers to join our Real Estate team. This client-facing role offers the opportunity to lead immediate commissions within a professional and ambitious team, supported by some of the brightest minds in the industry. You will be responsible for delivering project and programme management objectives for a market-leading client base across Central and Local Government sectors. Key tasks include conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking, establishing effective project processes and systems, producing and monitoring project plans, tracking changes, preparing communications and formal reports, liaising with clients, contractors and designers, and attending meetings with minute drafting. Experience
- Proven experience in project management within construction, real estate, planning or engineering sectors
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, influential parties and end-users
- Knowledge of CDM regulations and site health and safety requirements

About you
- Strong communication skills including verbal, presentation and written abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to solve problems and think strategically
- Ability to travel within London, Home Counties and South East
- Able to obtain Security Clearance or already Security Cleared

- Relevant cognate qualification in construction, real estate, planning or engineering
