As a field-based Membership Advisor, you will sell a suite of business support services into the small business sector. You will manage your territory to deliver new members and achieve quarterly sales targets. Your role includes developing and executing territory plans, identifying and targeting potential members, maximising revenue through upselling and cross-selling, and effectively managing your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM. Collaboration with internal teams ensures excellent customer service and efficient lead follow-up.
Experience
Proven sales record with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, including new business acquisition and account management.
About you
- Strong understanding of the SME sector and its unique challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient, and positive attitude.
- Full UK driving license.
Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce CRM or a similar platform is required. No formal qualifications specified, but a sales-focused mindset and industry knowledge are essential.
