As a Membership Advisor, you will build a strong and sustainable business model servicing the SME community, backed by a trusted national business support organisation. This role offers the opportunity to develop long-lasting relationships within your business community and be recognised as a trusted business advisor across your territory. You will be your own boss, running your business your way with unrivalled support every step of the way.
A Membership Advisor is a field-based role responsible for selling a suite of business support services into the small business sector. You will manage your territory to deliver new members and achieve quarterly sales targets. Key responsibilities include driving new member acquisition, developing and executing territory plans, maximising revenue through upselling and cross-selling, utilising Salesforce CRM to manage your sales pipeline, and collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and lead follow-up.
Experience
- Proven sales record with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Experience in new business acquisition and account management
About you
- Strong understanding of the SME sector and its unique challenges
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient, and positive attitude
- Full UK driving license
Qualifications
- CRM proficiency, preferably with Salesforce or a similar platform
