As a Membership Advisor, you will build a strong and sustainable business model servicing the SME community, backed by a trusted national business support organisation. Key responsibilities include driving new member acquisition by achieving quarterly sales targets within your assigned territory, developing and executing strategic territory plans, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue, effectively managing your sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and efficient lead follow-up.
Experience
Proven sales record with demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, including new business acquisition and account management.
About you
Strong understanding of the SME sector and its unique challenges. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient, and sales-focused with a positive attitude. Full UK driving license is required.
Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce CRM or a similar platform is essential. No formal qualifications specified, but a proven track record in sales and relationship management is critical.
