About the Role

We have recently restructured our service and are seeking a SEN Team Manager to lead the birth to Year 8 function and team within our SEN Service.

Experience
Proven SEN expertise within a Local Authority, school, or Multi-Academy Trust setting. Demonstrable success in leading teams or services to deliver improvements. Strong understanding of statutory duties, Annual Reviews, data management, and performance monitoring. Experience engaging effectively with Headteachers and senior leaders.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in SEN leadership or management are expected. A clear understanding of SEN legislation and local authority processes is essential.
