About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant at HC-One, kindness is at the heart of everything you do. You will work across Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes, delivering personalised care that provides residents with security, dignity, and independence. You will lead a team of Care Assistants, maintaining the highest standards of care and positively influencing your team. Your role includes assisting residents with mobility, supporting those at the end of life, communicating with families, and helping to implement personalised care plans. You will assist the Registered Nurse and Care Manager by providing physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, as well as administering medication. Accurate record keeping and strong team relationships are key responsibilities. Experience
Ideally completed Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care. Experience in person-centred care planning and caring for people with dementia is preferred. Experience in record keeping and time management is essential.

Qualifications
Level 2 Diploma/SNVQ in Adult Social Care preferred, with willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification or equivalent. Safeguarding training will be provided. Full training and ongoing development opportunities are offered to support your career progression.
