About the Role
As a Senior Care Coordinator at Freedom From Torture, you will play a vital role in supporting survivors of torture by coordinating and delivering high-quality care services. This position involves managing complex cases, liaising with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that clients receive timely and effective support tailored to their individual needs. You will contribute to the development and improvement of care pathways and help maintain the highest standards of service delivery within the organisation.
Experience
Proven experience in care coordination or a related health and social care role is essential. Experience working with vulnerable adults, particularly survivors of trauma or torture, is highly desirable. Strong case management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with external agencies are required.

You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications
A relevant qualification in health, social care, or a related field is preferred. Additional training or experience in trauma-informed care, mental health, or social work will be an advantage.
