About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, proactive Senior Change Manager to join the BBC Media Tech Transformation team. In this role, you will help drive the people aspects of a major organisational change, supporting the rollout of a new operating model that integrates product and technology teams and enables successful transitions to new ways of working. Working closely with the Lead Change Manager and Head of Change, you will support and execute change activities across a significant programme, including stakeholder engagement, communications, impact assessments, and adoption initiatives.
You will collaborate with product, delivery, and technical teams to ensure change is practical, understood, and successfully adopted at both team and programme levels. With a background in digital product or technology environments, you will understand how change occurs in fast-paced, iterative, and customer-focused settings. Your hands-on experience delivering change in digital transformation, product management, or technology, combined with comfort working within agile methodologies, will be essential.
We are looking for someone who is solutions-oriented, highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining momentum. This role requires a self-starter with a 'can do' attitude, comfortable working at pace and navigating ambiguity. You will be skilled at breaking down complex problems into clear, actionable steps and supporting teams in delivering against them. Strong communication skills and the ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences are essential. You will thrive in collaborative environments and know how to build strong working relationships to deliver results. Your energy and focus will help create clarity and drive progress across the transformation journey.
