We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Senior Consultant to join our dynamic and growing Real Estate Advisory team. In this role, you will help clients think strategically about how their buildings can transform the way they work. This may involve engaging with key decision-makers to understand their strategy and vision, using data to provide advanced analysis of real estate portfolios, or developing robust business cases to unlock critical funding.
This role requires quick thinking, problem-solving skills, and excellent attention to detail. Each client has unique requirements and challenges, so no two projects are the same. Our team works nationwide across sectors including health, education, defence, local and central government, and commercial. We collaborate with senior leaders to unlock the full potential of real estate assets, developing strategic visions and turning complex challenges into opportunities for growth, innovation, and resilience.
Our services include Estate Strategies, Business Cases, Real Estate Asset Management, and Workplace Consulting. Team members are encouraged to work across multiple sectors and service lines to gain a holistic understanding of our work and impact.
Experience
2-5 years’ experience in consultancy and/or client-side environments.
Proven experience authoring strategic documentation such as Business Cases and Estate Strategies for real estate change and investment.
In-depth knowledge of the UK Real Estate industry.
Knowledge of the HM Treasury Green Book 5-Case Model.
Track record within at least one of the following sectors: Defence, Local Government, Central Government, Healthcare, Education, or Commercial, including understanding relevant legislation, policies, and procurement.

Qualifications
Essential: Effective communicator who listens and understands client needs.
Desirable: Relevant industry qualification or degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Surveying or similar.
Desirable: Security Clearance (SC) or willingness to attain clearance.
Desirable: Demonstrable leadership experience managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Desirable: Financial literacy with ability to conduct financial analysis and investment appraisals.
Desirable: Proficiency with tools such as Excel and Power BI for data analysis.
Desirable: Understanding of benefits management.
