Due to increased workload and securing new clients, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant/Document Controller to join our team. Our team are global experts in the development and deployment of Document Control and Common Data Environments (CDEs) on major projects and programmes, delivering client outcomes that benefit the supply chain and add value to projects.
The role involves leading the Document Control process at organisational, programme and project levels through discovery and understanding, client adoption strategy, compliance checking, applying ISO 19650 principles, and leveraging expertise across a wide range of CDE tools. You will work alongside a highly skilled team delivering and implementing Information Management from strategy to project level for global clients.
Key responsibilities include CDE implementation, user management and security, contributing to information standards, CDE configuration and management, quality assurance, workflow oversight, reporting, system compliance audits, stakeholder interface, training and guidance, and providing advanced training and support.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Document Controller
- Consultancy experience is favourable but not required
- Understanding of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in the context of Information Management and Document Control
- Experience using Power BI to extract, analyse and report on data from the CDE
- Understanding of ISO 19650 standards (particularly Part 2) and their impact on Information Management and Document Control
- Administrator level experience with at least one of the following: Autodesk Forma (formerly Autodesk Construction Cloud), Aconex, ViewPoint, Asite, Dalux
- User level experience of at least one other CDE/EDMS or similar system
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using advanced optional CDE/EDMS features such as e-procurement or ACC Take-off

Qualifications
