About the Role
Born Social is a social-first creative agency delivering transformation for iconic brands such as Guinness, Ford, and Barclays. We are seeking a Senior Content Creator to lead best-in-class social-first content delivery for Barclays, one of the world’s most iconic financial brands.

This is a hands-on creative leadership role for someone passionate about platform-native content, confident in leading shoots end-to-end, and comfortable featuring on camera when required. You will own content delivery, contribute proactively to account growth and new business, and play a key role in building long-lasting client relationships.

A genuine interest in finance and financial services is a strong advantage. You will work on a brand with huge reach and creative opportunity, shaping how finance appears in culture. You will also leverage the Born Creator Community to scale content production efficiently while maintaining quality.

Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end social-first content production, leading the use of external creators, featuring in content when needed, pushing creative ambition through experimentation, growing the Barclays account with strong ideas, building trusted client relationships, and mentoring other in-house content creators.

Experience
Strong experience creating social-first content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Confident in leading shoots, directing talent, and managing post-production. Comfortable appearing on camera when required.

About you
You have a strong creative point of view, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine curiosity for emerging content trends. You have an interest in finance, banking, fintech, or financial culture, which is a significant plus. You are a natural collaborator and mentor who enjoys developing people and raising creative standards.
