About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Creative Software Engineer with a strong UX/UI focus, specialising in immersive creative websites and WebGL experiences to join our London team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead creative activations that will challenge your frontend skills and provide significant opportunities for leadership and project ownership. You will work across high-profile clients in the movie and music industries including Universal, Disney, Twitch, Netflix, Sony Pictures, and more. Projects range from immersive AR experiences to high-concept websites and cutting-edge interactive activations. If you want to play a key role in shaping the performance and future of unique web products and creative marketing, this role is for you. To maintain a strong culture of collaboration, you will be expected to work from the Central London office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Experience
- Minimum 4+ years as a Frontend Software Engineer with proven creative development experience
- Strong expertise in WebGL development and ThreeJS
- In-depth knowledge and commercial experience with JavaScript environment including Node.js and React
- Full ownership of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from creative ideation, development, QA to delivery of web-based applications
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of creative and technical experience

About You
- Passionate about collaborating with creatives and supporting other engineers
- Strong eye for design with the ability to translate static designs into interactive experiences
- Mobile-first approach to developing responsive and engaging web UI across mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Experience with SASS or similar CSS frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Enthusiastic about continuous learning and technology innovation, especially within immersive websites, WebGL, and AI domains
- Driven to contribute new technology capabilities and ideas

Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with WebAR development using 8th Wall or similar engines
- Exposure to 3D optimisation tools such as Unreal Engine or Blender
- Knowledge or experience working with AI and machine learning models/libraries (e.g. Tensorflow, Stable Diffusion, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI) for AI-driven activations
