About the Role
iFAST Global Bank Limited (iGB) is seeking a highly motivated and results-focused credit professional to join our team as a Senior Credit Executive. This role combines risk assessment and product development responsibilities, supporting the Head of Lending in managing existing and new lending business expansion. Key duties include conducting counterparty onboarding, credit risk and consumer duty assessments, and making recommendations for approval or rejection of credit applications. The role requires close collaboration with Digital Personal Banking, Business Banking, EzRemit, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and other departments within the Bank and Group.

The Senior Credit Executive will actively contribute to the development and enhancement of the Bank’s Credit Risk System by formulating requirements, conducting testing exercises, and providing feedback to project teams. Additional responsibilities include monitoring product and customer performance, supporting new product launches, maintaining lending policies and procedures, and performing other assignments within lending and risk management as required.

The role demands effective time management, collaboration across departments and the wider iFAST Group, adherence to conduct rules, compliance with bank policies, and applying a Consumer Duty lens to all products and activities.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years of credit analysis and credit risk management experience.
- Good understanding of credit risk.
- Proven analytical, research and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain focus and discipline under minimum supervision.
- Comfortable operating in a hectic and complex environment and ready to step out of comfort zone.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in business, finance, or accounting.
