About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Data & Analytics team at ClearScore Technology Limited. Data Scientists play a key role in driving strategy and decision-making across the organisation, benefiting users, partners, and internal teams. You will join the growing Global Targeting team, taking broad ownership of initiatives to enhance the ClearScore user experience through improved dynamic content targeting and prioritisation.

Your responsibilities include leading the end-to-end development of data science and machine learning solutions, from business concept through to impact evaluation, to enable a better user experience through data-driven targeting. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align Data Science and targeting initiatives with business needs, ensuring maximum impact.

You will help set the quality standards for production models by scrutinising data, features, and model behaviour, surfacing issues before they affect users. You will identify and implement improvements in model development and management processes, driving efficiency and standardisation while leading by example.

Additionally, you will drive the strategic use of model outputs for decision making, collaborating with the Global Targeting squad to influence user experiences. You will explore new developments at the intersection of traditional Machine Learning and AI, determining how to utilise these effectively to deliver better outcomes for users and the business.

Experience
- Proven experience leading full lifecycle data science and machine learning projects, including deployment and maintenance in production environments.
- Strong Python and SQL skills, with expertise in dbt and Analytics Engineering for feature engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Experience using business-domain knowledge to drive model development or derive insights.
- Experience working in product-focused environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with real-time or near real-time inference solutions and supporting infrastructure.
- Experience deploying solutions into Databricks.
- Familiarity with consumer lending, credit and affordability strategies, and credit bureau data.
- Experience using AI tools as part of daily workflows, with sound judgement on their application is highly valued.
