About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our friendly data services team. Your knowledge and skills will be pivotal in delivering actionable insights to support better patient care across Vita Health Group. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of reporting activities, ensuring the smooth functioning of BAU processes related to reporting and data visualisation, while driving continuous improvement in data reporting. You will work with various system tools and management systems to interpret and transform data and build solutions. Asking questions will be key to your success in this role. There will be opportunities to further develop your skills by supporting data initiatives and projects and collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation to define and deliver comprehensive data solutions. You will join a team focused on delivering a comprehensive data programme.

Experience
Experience in data analysis and visualisation is preferred, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is essential.

About You
You are enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills. You enjoy working collaboratively and are committed to continuous improvement in your work. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels are key attributes.

Qualifications
A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science is desirable. Familiarity with data visualisation tools and techniques is an advantage.
