About the Role
Justified Studio is a creative consultancy dedicated to helping ambitious organisations imagine and create new futures through bold ideas, exceptional design and emerging technology. As a Senior Designer, you will play a leading role across brand, digital, campaigns and wider creative projects, shaping ideas from their earliest stages through to beautifully crafted, effective outcomes. This hands-on role requires combining conceptual thinking with exceptional execution, with a strong emphasis on digital design. You will be comfortable defining brand ideas, building visual systems, designing digital experiences, art directing campaigns, and presenting to clients.

You will take creative ownership across projects, building coherent ideas, systems and worlds that work across identity, websites, digital products, motion, campaigns, content and physical experiences. You will work closely with Creative Directors, strategists, designers, developers and external collaborators, sometimes leading projects and sometimes contributing as part of a wider team. Confident client-facing skills are essential for presenting ideas, responding to feedback and building belief in the creative direction.

As a senior member of the studio, you will push the work and team forward by bringing new references, perspectives, tools and ways of thinking into the studio. You will maintain a high standard of craft, explore new technologies including AI, and balance creative ambition with practical delivery considerations.

Experience
- 5+ years’ experience within a leading design studio, creative agency or similarly ambitious environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, taste and craft across brand and digital
- Proven experience creating and developing brand identities and visual systems
- Extensive experience designing websites and digital experiences from concept through to delivery
- Excellent Figma skills including building responsive layouts, components and digital design systems
- Strong understanding of UI, UX, interaction and responsive design
- Experience with motion and animation, either hands-on or through creative direction
- Confident presenting creative work and thinking directly to clients
- Strong art direction instincts and broad cultural and visual reference base
- Understanding of contemporary AI tools and how they enhance creative workflows
- Experience working with and guiding other designers

You are generous with your thinking and help others do their best work. Most importantly, you want to create work that people notice, remember and care about.

Qualifications
Not specifically required, but a strong portfolio and relevant professional experience are essential.
