About the Role
Join Biffa as an experienced Senior Engineering Supervisor responsible for overseeing and guiding the engineering team to achieve optimal performance. You will manage operational engineering needs and workloads efficiently to minimise downtime, combining technical expertise, project management skills, and leadership to drive operational excellence. Your role supports continuous improvement of a safe and high-performing culture within the engineering teams by developing skills and implementing best practices.
You will supervise and lead Maintenance Engineers and Technicians to respond effectively to all operational engineering requirements, prioritising workloads to reduce downtime.
