About the Role
Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company delivering impactful projects across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources. Due to continued demand and ambitious growth plans, we are seeking Senior Estimators with proven experience in the Infrastructure sector, including Rail, Airports, Highways, Power, Water or Utilities. As a Senior Estimator, you will support clients either embedded within their organisation or through ad-hoc work via the Turner & Townsend Estimating Hub. Your role will involve producing a wide range of estimating outputs, from Order of Magnitude to detailed first principles estimates, as well as providing estimating assurance and support for major programme set ups. You will be responsible for producing accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans efficiently, managing the estimating process at project level, and promoting good estimating practices within the business. Staying current with technical developments in your area of expertise will enable you to provide best practice advice aligned with business objectives.
Experience
Proven relevant experience in estimating and/or quantity surveying within large project environments. Experience working with estimating software packages is required.

Professional, proactive and able to work independently producing estimates without supervision. Strong communication skills and a commitment to promoting best practice estimating within the team. Ability to stay up to date with technical developments and deliver high-quality outputs aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
Qualified to a high standard in Estimating or Quantity Surveying. Membership of a relevant professional body with chartered status or working towards it is required. Desirable memberships include RICS, CIOB or A. Cost E.
