About the Role
Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company delivering outcomes that improve people’s lives across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources. We are seeking Senior Estimators with proven experience in the Infrastructure sector, including Rail, Airports, Highways, Power, Water or Utilities. Estimators play a key role by supporting clients either embedded within their organisations or through ad-hoc projects as part of the Turner & Townsend Estimating Hub. The role involves producing a wide range of estimating outputs to support client decision making, including order of magnitude estimates through to detailed first principles estimates, estimating assurance, support to major programme setup, and managing estimating data. You will be responsible for producing accurate and comprehensive estimates and cost plans in a timely manner, managing the estimating process at project level, producing estimates independently, promoting estimating best practice within the company, and keeping up to date with technical developments to provide best practice advice aligned with business objectives.

Experience
Proven relevant experience in estimating and/or quantity surveying within large project environments, specifically across Infrastructure sectors such as Rail, Airports, Highways, Power, Water or Utilities. Experience working with estimating software packages is required.

Qualifications
