The Senior Inclusive Learning Manager provides leadership to ensure the College offers an inclusive, accessible, and equitable learning environment for all students. This role leads the development, implementation, and monitoring of effective systems supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including those with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), across college provision.

Working closely with curriculum teams, the post holder champions inclusive practice and adaptive teaching approaches that enable all students to achieve positive outcomes. They lead a large cross-college team including Student Support Assistants and specialist staff, ensuring high quality, consistent support across both sites.

The Senior Inclusive Learning Manager also acts as the College lead for Looked After Children (LAC), promoting equality, removing barriers to learning, and driving improvements in achievement for identified student groups. Additionally, the role includes strategic planning and management of the SEND and High Needs budget for cross-college provision.

Requirements

Experience
Proven leadership experience in managing inclusive learning environments and supporting students with SEND. Experience working collaboratively with curriculum teams and managing cross-college support staff is essential.
