About the Role
Breast Cancer Now is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing to join the team during an exciting period of growth aligned with our 2025-2030 organisational strategy. This role is pivotal in increasing awareness, understanding, trust, and engagement to amplify our impact for people affected by breast cancer. You will lead the brand marketing team, overseeing the planning, development, and delivery of our brand marketing programme. This includes managing high-profile multi-channel advertising bursts and fame-driving activations, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external creative and media agency partners. You will develop compelling briefs, oversee campaign delivery, and ensure performance is measured and optimised.

The role also involves monitoring brand health by working with research and media agencies to set KPIs, analyse results, and identify opportunities for improvement. This is a key leadership position contributing to the charity’s ambitious growth plans and brand impact.

Experience
Proven expertise in managing brand marketing programmes, including delivering multi-channel campaigns. Experience in setting and monitoring budgets and strong project management skills are essential.
