About the Role
As the Senior Manager, Future Airspace & ATM Operations, you will lead the operational development of future airspace, air traffic management (ATM) and air traffic control (ATC) initiatives to ensure safe, efficient and operationally viable solutions supporting Heathrow's future growth. You will act as the key link between Operations and Development teams, providing subject matter expertise, shaping future operating models and supporting the successful integration of new airspace and ATM capabilities into live operations. This role places you at the heart of one of the busiest airports in the world, working with a high-performing team dedicated to delivering safe and efficient airport operations while driving innovation through new technology and infrastructure. Experience
Proven experience in airspace, air traffic management or air traffic control operations, with a strong track record of leading operational development and integration of new capabilities. Experience working in a complex, high-pressure airport environment is highly desirable.
