About the Role
As Senior Manager - Reinvent Work with AI, you will be responsible for designing the ecosystem of a future agentic financial services organisation. This role focuses on reimagining operating models, leadership, accountability, agent integration, workflows, organisational design, built environment, skills, entry roles, culture, and success measures across both change and run environments.
Your key responsibilities include working with subject matter experts to design tomorrow's requirements ensuring the functionality and operating model are in place to manage future work and workforce. This includes redefining the operating model, defining leadership roles in an agentic ecosystem, clarifying accountabilities and decision-making principles, designing agent training and governance, identifying tooling and system changes, assessing impacts on collaboration and workspace, protecting entry and emerging talent roles, building culture and communication strategies, and defining success measures such as KPIs and risk management.
You will collaborate with business, technology, People, Finance, Legal, Risk, and internal audit teams to co-design and validate blueprint elements, engage leaders and managers to shape evolving roles, and partner with HR, Communications, and Learning & Development to embed culture, skills, and training initiatives.
Additionally, you will scan external best practices, regulatory trends, and case studies, present blueprint drafts and progress to senior leadership, track KPIs and adoption, and ensure governance and risk alignment including ethical, compliance, and business continuity requirements.

Experience
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across diverse functions
- Experience in HR and change management
- Background in transformation, HR, technology/data, or operational excellence is highly desirable
- Knowledge of agentic systems, AI governance, or digital ways of working is advantageous
- Experience with benchmarking, case study development, and culture-building is beneficial
