About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Midweight Motion Designer to join our creative team who is self-motivated, up for a challenge, and keen to grow with us. Our projects range from animated branded assets and product explainer videos to content for websites, digital products, and apps. You’ll work with a diverse mix of clients — from ambitious startups to established corporate brands — bringing ideas to life with energy, craft, and imagination.
You will be responsible for understanding briefs and creating fully developed creative ideas ready to pitch to clients. You will work across the full project lifecycle: from script development, concept ideation, and storyboarding through to production and delivery. You will accurately estimate the complexity of motion graphics projects and deliver within required timelines and budgets.
Confidently liaise with voiceover artists to create exciting storyboards and animatics that bring your ideas to life. Collaborate closely with designers and developers to bring projects to completion. Share inspiration, contribute ideas, and provide creative input throughout the process. Manage your time effectively to ensure projects are delivered on brief and schedule.
