Senior Occupational Therapist
Location
Hybrid role based in South East London. Work will be required at the office (Kaleidoscope, 32 Rushey Green, Catford, London, SE6 4JF), in the community at service users' homes, and from home on a regular basis.

Salary
£50,175 - £52,269 per annum (SOT / SCP 35-37). All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point for the grade unless matching current salary with evidential proof.
About the Role
Join the London Borough of Lewisham and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people through Paediatric Occupational Therapy. As a Senior Occupational Therapist within the Paediatric Occupational Therapy Team, you will manage a varied and complex caseload of children and young people with disabilities. You will provide assessments, equipment provision, and minor and major adaptations to support independence and wellbeing. Working closely with families and multi-disciplinary teams, you will also provide clinical supervision and training to Occupational Therapists and Occupational Therapy Assistant Practitioners. Additionally, you will support the Operational Manager in service development. Experience
Proven experience as a Senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist with knowledge of equipment provision, minor and major adaptations, manual handling, risk assessment, and supervision of others.

Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy is required. HCPC registration is essential. The role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
