About the Role
Football Beyond Borders is seeking a Senior Philanthropy Manager to lead and develop our fundraising strategy, focusing on building strong relationships with philanthropic partners. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by securing vital funding to support our mission of empowering young people through football and education. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major donors, trusts, and foundations, as well as identifying new funding opportunities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social change, experienced in philanthropy fundraising, and skilled at developing compelling proposals and reports.

Experience
Proven track record in philanthropy or major donor fundraising, ideally within the charity or education sector. Experience managing high-value donor relationships and securing multi-year funding agreements.

About you
Strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about social impact and youth development. Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in fundraising, philanthropy, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
