About the Role
At Kroo Bank, we're building a better bank from the ground up—one that puts customers first, treats money responsibly, and uses technology to make everyday banking simpler, fairer and more transparent. As a fully regulated UK bank backed by long-term investors, we have a growing customer base and big ambitions. We move fast, think carefully, and hold ourselves to high standards in how we build products, manage risk, and look after our people.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you will enable data-informed product development and decision making across Kroo's product portfolio. You will partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Operations and other teams throughout the product lifecycle—from early discovery and opportunity assessment through to launch, measurement and optimisation. You will produce compelling analysis, translate complex data into practical insights, and build scalable reporting capabilities that help teams make better decisions for customers and the business.

Your key responsibilities will include producing robust analysis and actionable insights that inform product strategy, customer journey improvements, prioritisation and roadmap decisions; partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure product decisions are grounded in reliable data and customer insight; analysing customer behaviour across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and product usage to identify opportunities to improve outcomes and commercial performance; defining, monitoring and communicating product performance metrics; supporting the design, implementation and evaluation of product experiments and feature releases; building and maintaining automated data pipelines, dashboards and self-serve reporting tools; applying sound judgement and practical problem solving when data is incomplete or developing; leveraging knowledge of consumer financial services products to provide commercially valuable insight; building effective stakeholder relationships across multiple departments; using AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve analytical efficiency while maintaining data governance standards; and contributing to the development of product analytics standards, documentation and team ways of working.

Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs.
