This role involves evaluating AI-generated product design outputs across desktop and mobile applications, providing clear and structured feedback on UI/UX quality including layout, hierarchy, interaction patterns, accessibility, and visual polish. You will help define creative benchmarks and taste standards for next-generation AI-powered product design and contribute to research on how shared best practices and individual creative direction shape design quality.
Projects are staffed on an as-needed basis. When a project matches your skill set, you will be contacted with details and timelines.

Experience
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality product design work across desktop and/or mobile applications, demonstrated via your Contra profile.
Experience working in fast-paced, experimental environments is preferred.
Familiarity with AI or design tools is a plus but not required.

About you
Deep understanding of what makes app interfaces intuitive, polished, and well-crafted, including information architecture and micro-interactions.
Ability to articulate design and UX feedback clearly and constructively.
Motivated to work in a dynamic, innovative environment focused on the convergence of human creativity and AI.
