About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) specializing in Sportsbook & Sports Betting to lead end-to-end product design across our web and mobile applications. You will transform complex sports betting mechanics, live odds, dynamic bet slips, and micro-markets into seamless, intuitive, and engaging player journeys.
Your responsibilities will include leading the design process from early-stage discovery, wireframing, and user flows to creating high-fidelity UI designs and interactive prototypes for iOS/Android apps and web platforms that align with our brand and product vision. You will integrate emerging AI tools and generative workflows into research, ideation, and prototyping to accelerate decision-making and validate concepts faster.
Conduct qualitative user research, evaluate player analytics, analyse heatmaps, and translate behavioral insights into frictionless user experiences for both novice and seasoned bettors. Maintain, scale, and evolve our Design Systems and UI component libraries to ensure consistency, accessibility, and visual excellence across all touchpoints.
Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define requirements, refine application logic, and ensure accurate, pixel-perfect implementation of designs. Run A/B tests and leverage post-launch performance metrics to continuously optimise key conversion funnels, onboarding flows, and bet retention loops.
Stay ahead of global iGaming trends, regulatory UX nuances, competitive sportsbook features, and emerging interaction design patterns in live sports.
Experience
Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role within an online sportsbook or sports betting environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design ownership and solving complex sportsbook UX challenges. Proficiency in Figma. Experience using quantitative data (A/B testing, product analytics, heatmaps) and qualitative feedback to guide design decisions. Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional Agile/Scrum product environments.
About you
A genuine passion for sports, sports betting mechanics, and player psychology. Ability to articulate design decisions clearly, present research findings to senior stakeholders, and translate complex user needs into simple, engaging, and intuitive interfaces.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in product design or UX/UI design are preferred but not explicitly required.
