£75,000 - £85,000 depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience

About the Role
This role operates the services, systems and processes that enable the Product Group to work effectively with third-party suppliers. You will oversee the operational supplier lifecycle, ensuring supplier onboarding, offboarding, data, tooling and operational processes are delivered consistently and efficiently. By maintaining trusted operational insight and continuously improving the service, you will help the Product Group maximise the value of its external capability.

As part of the team that keeps Product Group's third-party operations running smoothly, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Procurement and suppliers to create a reliable, scalable operational service that enables teams to engage external partners with confidence.

Experience
- Managing supplier operations within a technology or digital environment
- Operating supplier lifecycle processes and maintaining operational controls
- Using operational data to generate insight and improve services
- Working with operational systems, workflows or service management tooling
- Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven agile environments (desirable)
- Knowledge of supplier or third-party management practices (desirable)
- Using Jira, Smartsheet or similar operational platforms (desirable)
- Developing operational reporting, dashboards or management information (desirable)
- Working in a large, complex organisation (desirable)

About you
Excellent organisational, stakeholder management and communication skills with a strong continuous improvement mindset. You have the ability to simplify and optimise operational processes and work collaboratively with Product, Engineering and suppliers to ensure a reliable and efficient operational service.

Qualifications
