Kings Hall Mews, London with reporting offices also in Stratford or Manchester, Trafford. Hybrid working with 20% - 40% of contractual hours worked from reporting office/working location.

Starting from £76,034 per annum (London weighted salary) or £66,380 per annum (Regional salary), dependant on experience
About the Role
Join the Business Improvement and Change Team at London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as a Senior Programme Manager. You will provide oversight, coordination, and leadership for one or more programmes within the organisation’s transformation and change portfolio. Your responsibilities include ensuring delivery is well-governed, resourced, and aligned with organisational priorities. You will lead projects or programmes in a coordinated, high-quality, and timely manner, ensuring progress is clearly communicated, business objectives are achieved, and benefits realised. Reporting to the Head of Business Improvement and Change within Strategy, Planning and Change, this role requires collaboration at all levels to ensure successful shared outcomes, the ability to influence and deliver through others, and to work effectively in a complex, dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and agility are essential.

Experience
- Proven leadership experience managing direct and indirect reports to achieve high performance and successful outcomes.
- Extensive experience managing full project and programme lifecycles within complex, organisation-wide transformation initiatives.
- Skilled in coordinating interdependent projects, managing resources, budgets, and mitigating risks.
- Experience overseeing third-party partners and suppliers to ensure contractual obligations and value for money.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with ability to build relationships and foster collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams in a matrix and multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications
- A professional Project or Programme Management qualification.
