About the Role
As a Senior Programme Manager at Young Enterprise, you will lead and oversee the delivery of key educational programmes that empower young people to develop essential skills for their future careers. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation and impact of our initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership, and a passion for youth development and education.

Experience
Proven experience in programme or project management, preferably within the education or youth development sector. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management, education, or a related field is desirable.
