About the Role
The Commonwealth Foundation is seeking a Senior Programme Officer (Creative) to lead and manage creative programmes that support and amplify the voices of civil society across the Commonwealth. This role involves developing innovative projects, fostering partnerships, and ensuring impactful delivery of creative initiatives that promote cultural expression, inclusion, and social change. You will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders including artists, cultural organisations, and community groups to design and implement programmes that reflect the Foundation’s mission and values.

Experience
Proven experience in managing creative or cultural programmes, preferably within an international or multicultural context. Strong track record of partnership development and project delivery.

Creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passionate about cultural diversity, inclusion, and social impact.

Qualifications
A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in arts, culture, international development, or related fields is desirable.
