About the Role
Senior Project Managers at Turner & Townsend work on a broad range of projects and programmes including Aviation, Roads, Rail, Telecommunications, Utilities, and more. You will be responsible for managing infrastructure projects across the full project lifecycle, applying project management principles to deliver client objectives effectively. This role requires leadership in contract management, financial management, project controls, and health, safety, quality and environmental management. You will lead and develop project teams, manage multiple work streams, and build trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners. The role demands strong problem solving, analytical and numerical skills to understand complex challenges and deliver workable solutions. You will work under pressure, motivate others, and communicate effectively with senior client representatives in a dynamic environment.

Experience
- Significant experience in infrastructure project and/or programme management across the project lifecycle
- Experience in aviation infrastructure project management is beneficial
- Experience of procurement and managing NEC contracts
- Experience managing contractors, consultants and advisors on infrastructure projects
- Experience in consultancy or client-side project management
- Familiarity with public sector organisations or non-departmental/arm’s length bodies relevant to infrastructure

Qualifications
- Degree or HND in management, construction, infrastructure related subject or equivalent experience preferred
- Professional affiliation or near qualified status with APM, ICE or similar institution preferred
- Project management certification such as APM, PRINCE2 or MSP preferred
- NEC PM accreditations or qualifications advantageous
