About the Role
Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company delivering impactful projects across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources. Due to significant growth and ongoing delivery success, we are seeking Senior Project Managers to support clients in delivering a wide range of high-profile infrastructure projects, with a focus on aviation. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex projects and programmes, mentor and develop future Project Managers, and work closely with diverse teams and clients. Based in our London office, you will engage with colleagues and clients primarily across the South-East region. You will be involved in managing projects through the full lifecycle, ensuring delivery to client objectives while maintaining high standards of health, safety, quality and environmental management. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad portfolio including aviation, roads, rail, telecommunications, and utilities, contributing to the success of major infrastructure programmes.
Experience
- Significant experience in infrastructure project and/or programme management across the project lifecycle
- Proven skills in project management principles, contract management, leadership, financial management, and project controls
- Experience in health, safety, quality and environmental management
- Experience of aviation infrastructure project management is beneficial
- Experience with procurement and managing NEC contracts is advantageous
- Experience managing contractors, consultants and advisors on infrastructure projects
- Consultancy or client-side project management experience preferred
- Familiarity with public sector organisations or arm’s length bodies related to infrastructure is desirable

Qualifications
- Degree or HND in management, construction, infrastructure or equivalent experience preferred
- Professional affiliation, qualification or near qualified status with APM, ICE or similar institution
- Project management certification such as APM, PRINCE2 or MSP
- NEC PM accreditations or qualifications are advantageous
