About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for Senior Project Managers to join our expanding Central and Local Government team. Based in our flagship Central London office, you will manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with a logical and structured approach. Your role will include understanding technical inputs from design and contractor teams to resolve issues at pre-contract and post-contract stages, alongside some contract administration experience. You will work collaboratively, exemplifying high standards of delivery and contributing to both our business and clients’ projects and programmes. Current live projects span London and surrounding regions, with many more in the pipeline.

Key Accountabilities
- Conduct background research, data collection, and benchmarking
- Establish effective processes and systems for project delivery
- Produce and maintain project plans
- Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators
- Track and document changes
- Prepare written project communications and formal progress reports
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and designers
- Attend meetings and draft minutes

Experience
- Engineering qualification and/or background, preferably civil, structural, mechanical, or electrical
- Broad understanding of the development lifecycle including business case, design, consents, procurement, delivery, handover, and management
- Direct experience of on-site construction
- Experience in residential-led or mixed-use projects, preferably at the enabling stage (including highways, utilities, enabling works, remediation, public realm, bridges, utility diversions or upgrades, managing S106 or S278 obligations)

Qualifications
