We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our London-based Occupier Fit Out team, specialising in financial services clients. In this role, you will lead and deliver high-quality CAT B office fit-out projects from inception to completion. You will build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, contribute to business growth, and ensure projects meet or exceed client expectations.

Your responsibilities will include defining project scope and objectives, establishing effective governance and processes, developing detailed project plans, managing budgets and resources, coordinating communication across teams, preparing regular updates, resolving issues, and identifying new business opportunities. You will also share best practices and lessons learned to continuously improve our services.

Experience
- Proven experience delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, preferably within a consultancy environment
- Experience managing projects for financial services clients
- Strong project management skills including planning, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting

Qualifications
- Degree in a construction or property-related discipline
- Professional qualification in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
