About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in the Occupier Fit Out sector to join our expanding team. You will lead and deliver Project Management commissions for high-profile clients across various sectors, ensuring projects meet client objectives and are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. As part of the occupier fit out team, you will support major Project Management commissions and contribute to the success of complex projects.

You will be responsible for establishing project success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters; supporting project governance and processes; detailed project planning; advising on resource procurement; leading cross-functional teams; managing change control and project finances; and maintaining effective communication between the project team and clients. You will also prepare formal progress reports and interface with clients and consultants at all project stages.

Experience
- Proven experience delivering CAT A & B fit out projects
- Experience working on tall buildings
- Experience delivering schemes in excess of 30,000 sq ft
- Project Management experience in a consultancy environment is preferred

Qualifications
- Educated to degree level
- Holder of a construction or property-related academic qualification (this could be your degree)
- Ideally professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying, or architecture
