We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Data Centre team in London. You will lead and support large-scale, ground-up data centre construction projects with prominent technology clients across Europe. Your responsibilities will cover all aspects of project delivery, from inception through to commissioning.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will advise strategically at project conception, lead the establishment of success criteria including time, cost, technical and performance parameters, and manage quality, safety, health, and environmental issues. You will establish effective project governance, oversee detailed project planning, advise on resource procurement, and lead the cross-functional project team. Monitoring project performance using KPIs, managing change control, overseeing finances, and ensuring clear communication between the team and client are key aspects of this role. You will also take a leading role in interfacing with clients and consultants at all project stages.

Experience
- Construction consultancy experience strongly preferred
- Design, management or construction experience within general construction environments such as residential, office, fit-outs, and health & education sectors

- Ability to lead and facilitate cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of project management concepts, tools, and techniques
- Thorough knowledge of the total project life cycle from conception to post-project review

Qualifications
- Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, or architecture
- Chartered status obtained or actively pursuing chartered status
