About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in the Education sector to join our London Real Estate team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies through to handover. This role offers the opportunity to lead small to medium-sized complex commissions and support major new build schemes in London. You will plan and secure resources for education-related projects or programmes, lead and manage project teams, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Building and sustaining strong relationships with stakeholders in the education sector and monitoring project progress and outcomes are key responsibilities. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career within our market-leading Health and Education Division and contribute to impactful education projects.

Experience
Proven experience managing Education projects such as schools, universities, or research institutions. Strong contract administration skills, particularly with NEC contracts. Commercially astute with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively. Knowledge of UK Department for Education guidelines, funding mechanisms, and project management tools.

Qualifications
