This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team delivering a major programme of new healthcare facilities and infrastructure in Jersey. This client-facing role requires occasional visits to the island and offers the chance to be part of an established healthcare sector experiencing sustained growth.
The successful candidate will manage delivery from project inception through design development, planning, contractor procurement, and construction phases, ensuring alignment with overall delivery programmes and milestones. You will lead and manage project teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic KPIs, promote safety and wellbeing, and uphold Mace’s values of safety first, client focus, integrity, and creating opportunity.
You will oversee project timeframes, budgets, risk management, and quality systems, ensuring robust delivery and compliance with health, safety, and wellbeing standards. You will also champion sustainability initiatives including net zero carbon transition and responsible business practices.
This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across diverse teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and contribute to impactful healthcare infrastructure projects that meet future healthcare needs.

Experience
- Proven experience delivering healthcare projects and/or major programmes, ideally under NEC contract.
- Substantial experience in the successful delivery phase of public sector projects and programmes.
- Expertise in property or infrastructure project management.
- Experience leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Experience developing and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Knowledge of carbon and sustainability considerations impacting project delivery.

Qualifications
- Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent professional or personal development.
