We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with health sector experience to join our London Real Estate team. In this role, you will lead and manage complex health-related projects using agile and collaborative approaches. You will have the opportunity to work on live projects, lead small to medium sized complex commissions, and support major new build schemes in London. This is an excellent chance to take ownership and advance your career within our leading Health and Education Division.
Responsibilities
- Plan and secure resources for projects or programmes using appropriate tools and techniques
- Lead and manage project teams, delegating tasks with clear roles and responsibilities
- Identify and manage risks and issues with effective mitigation and contingency strategies
- Ensure projects stay on track, delivering on time and within budget using relevant methodologies and standards
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and engagement
- Monitor and report progress and outcomes using appropriate metrics and indicators
- Evaluate project impact and benefits using evidence-based methods and tools
Experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering high quality project management services across the full project lifecycle
- Strong contract administration skills, particularly with NEC contracts
- Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and resources
- Experience working in the health sector is essential

Qualifications
