About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to join our Life Science Real Estate team. You will deliver high quality project and programme management services to a market-leading client base within the Life Sciences sector. This role offers the opportunity to lead immediate commissions and contribute to large scale public health and life sciences projects. You will be responsible for planning and securing resources, leading project teams, managing risks and issues, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Building and sustaining strong stakeholder relationships and monitoring project outcomes will be key to your success. Experience
- Extensive experience (10 years) in large scale public health and life sciences projects
- Experience working on social care/healthcare projects is preferable
- Demonstrable NHS client-facing experience at all levels, including Directors of Estates, Strategy and Planning, Capital Development, Trust stakeholders, and service commissioners
- Knowledge of construction industry themes such as MMC, Net Zero Carbon, and the Digital agenda
- Experience with master planning, strategic estate development, and capital project planning for business case compilation is desirable
- Detailed experience of NEC contract administration is desirable
- Understanding of risks, challenges, and opportunities facing public-sector healthcare bodies

Qualifications
- Degree in Project Management or Construction Management (preferable)
- NEC accredited Project Manager (preferable)
- Member of a chartered institute such as RICS or willing to work towards membership
