About the Role
Innovation is a key pillar in our growth agenda and we have an exciting pipeline of new product launches planned. This role will manage a portfolio of projects within that pipeline, working with key multifunctional stakeholders across the business to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will be accountable for end-to-end project management, problem-solving to optimise timelines, identifying and communicating risks, and managing projects through stage gate processes.

Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of projects for successful global launches, ensuring products meet financial and quality targets, and creating and managing detailed project timelines based on ongoing multi-functional input. The portfolio includes Innovation/NPD launches, packaging design updates, as well as smaller EPD and regulatory compliance projects.

You will collaborate closely with Innovation, Marketing, Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory, and Quality teams to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines. Leveraging your strong supply chain, product development, and manufacturing knowledge, you will identify opportunities to optimise project delivery and facilitate solutions to risks and challenges.

Ensuring full multi-functional visibility of critical paths and next steps, you will drive on-time delivery of actions, identify operational risks with mitigation plans, and communicate these clearly to leadership. You will lead multi-functional project meetings, facilitate risk assessments, raise Change Controls, and manage them through to completion. Your role is critical in embedding market requirements, regulatory complexities, and nuances into all plans and timelines to ensure successful product launches worldwide.

Experience
- Extensive experience managing a portfolio of NPD and EPD projects in a project management role.
- Proven track record of delivering projects through collaborative teamwork.
- Experience managing projects through Stage Gate processes.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Supplements, or a regulated category.
- Experience managing projects for launch in multiple international markets preferred.
- Experience managing projects involving both internal and 3rd party supply chains preferred.
