We are seeking Senior Project Managers to support our clients in delivering a wide range of high-profile infrastructure projects, with a focus on water and environmental resilience. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and mentor project teams, managing complex projects and programmes across sectors including aviation, roads, rail, telecommunications, and utilities. You will be based in our London office and work closely with clients and partners across the South-East region. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering diverse and challenging projects, while developing the next generation of project managers.

Experience
- Significant experience in infrastructure project and/or programme management across the project lifecycle including project management principles, contract management, financial management, project controls, and health, safety, quality and environmental management.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and lead in challenging or ambiguous environments.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, capable of building trusted advisor relationships with clients and partners.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and numerical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex issues and develop workable solutions.
- Ability to work under pressure, motivate others, and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Experience leading and managing project teams on large projects or programmes.

Beneficial Experience
- Experience in utilities or water infrastructure project management.
- Experience with procurement and managing NEC contracts.
- Experience managing contractors, consultants, and advisors on infrastructure projects.
- Consultancy or client-side project management experience.
- Familiarity with public sector organisations or non-departmental/arm’s length bodies relevant to infrastructure.

Qualifications
- Degree or HND in management, construction, infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.
- Professional affiliation, qualification or near-qualified status with APM, ICE, CIWEM, or similar professional institution.
- Project management certification such as APM, PRINCE2, or MSP.
- NEC Project Management accreditations or qualifications are desirable.
