About the Role
Turner & Townsend is a global professional services company delivering impactful projects across real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources. We are seeking personable, enthusiastic and energetic Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our UK Infrastructure business. You will work on a variety of client and Turner & Townsend projects, supporting contract and cost management to drive successful outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include establishing professional relationships with clients and project teams, administering contracts in line with project objectives, and providing accurate cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion. You will proactively manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring timely and correct applications. Collaboration with client and contractor teams to manage project deliverables, KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering will be essential.

You will manage contract changes effectively, ensuring governance and best practice are followed, drive improvements in forecast and budget accuracy, provide commercial knowledge and support to stakeholders, negotiate and agree final accounts, and manage commissions as required.

Experience
- Proven experience or strong understanding of contract management (NEC3 preferred), change management, cost management, valuation, procurement, estimating, pricing, reporting, governance processing, and commission management.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative approach.
- Experience in line management and sharing best practice is advantageous.

Qualifications
- Ideally degree qualified (or equivalent) in a relevant subject.
